A Paz \u00e9 un dereito, protexido pola Declaraci\u00f3n sobre o Dereito dos Pobos \u00e1 Paz e a Seguridade Internacionais.<\/span>
Non hai paz sen xustiza.<\/span>
Guerras, xenocidios, espolio, explotaci\u00f3n de seres humanos, ocupaci\u00f3n, fames negras e seca, desastres naturais alimentados pola crise clim\u00e1tica, xenofobia, fascismo\u2026 o espazo para a Paz se empeque\u00f1ece.<\/span>
A infancia debe ser o territorio da paz. Os nenos e nenas que habitan o planeta te\u00f1en dereito a ela. En Palestina, Ucra\u00edna, os campos de refuxiados dispersos polo mundo\u2026<\/span>
Os seres humanos te\u00f1en dereito a migrar na s\u00faa procura.<\/span>
A democracia, como sistema, r\u00e1chase, atacada polo capitalismo m\u00e1is feroz e unha ultradereita que cabalga da s\u00faa man, afianzados polas ferramentas medi\u00e1ticas m\u00e1is eficaces.<\/span>
A humanidade res\u00e9ntese. \u00c9 o tempo da xustiza social e a redistribuci\u00f3n da riqueza. Do pensamento no colectiva fronte ao individualismo imperante.<\/span><\/p>\n

Acampa pela Paz e o Direito a Ref\u00fagio<\/strong> nasceu em 2016 na Corunha, Gal\u00edcia \u2013 Espanha e, no Brasil, em 2019, com uma ideia central de uni\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es e pessoas que observaram, e ainda observam, com tristeza e indigna\u00e7\u00e3o, o retrocesso dos Direitos Humanos e o avan\u00e7o da intoler\u00e2ncia enorme que, com pressa e sem pausa, foi se apoderando de tantos espa\u00e7os da democracia, suprimindo importantes conquistas sociais e pol\u00edticas. A cada ano do evento Acampa, um tema \u00e9 eleito e, com ele, s\u00e3o propostas reflex\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s das artes, de confer\u00eancias, de discuss\u00f5es, de oficinas, de fotografias, do cinema, para que possamos contribuir para transforma\u00e7\u00f5es na sociedade, para o caminho da paz e da dignidade a todos e todas. Este ano o tema escolhido \u00e9:\u00a0\u00d3dio ou Conviv\u00eancia<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

O \u00f3dio pode surgir das cren\u00e7as, preconceitos e viol\u00eancias que temos e que sofremos, de conflitos entre grupos e dos problemas econ\u00f4micos, das desigualdades ou das turbul\u00eancias e promessas pol\u00edticas que frustram a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. As formas mais comuns s\u00e3o o \u00f3dio contra a v\u00edtima em raz\u00e3o de sua origem, de sua ra\u00e7a\/etnia, de sua religi\u00e3o, sua l\u00edngua, postura pol\u00edtica, de sua orienta\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, de suas defici\u00eancias (f\u00edsica, mental ou sensorial), de sua nacionalidade. Outras raz\u00f5es podem incluir, tamb\u00e9m, a idade da v\u00edtima, e sua identidade de g\u00eanero. O \u00f3dio tem mil e uma faces.<\/p>\n

Importante dizer que ningu\u00e9m nasce odiando outra pessoa pela cor de sua pele, ou por sua origem ou por sua religi\u00e3o, ou por sua condi\u00e7\u00e3o educacional\/social\/pol\u00edtica e econ\u00f4mica. O \u00f3dio \u00e9 aprendido, mas se aprendemos a odiar, tamb\u00e9m podemos aprender a respeitar, a amar, a viver em harmonia com a diferen\u00e7a. O respeito, a empatia, a solidariedade, s\u00e3o alguns valores essenciais que impedem o surgimento e a prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de preconceitos como os que sustentam o fascismo ou diversas formas de viol\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

Os discursos de \u00f3dio v\u00eam se estruturando no tecido social e no imagin\u00e1rio da popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial, seja por desaven\u00e7as, por fake News, por idolatrias, por pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que segregam parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o atuam para todos e todas.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Compreende-se a exist\u00eancia de uma crise de m\u00faltiplas identidades agravada por promessas n\u00e3o entregues, por uma globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o falaciosa, que rompeu velhas estruturas sem uma contrapartida segura \u00e0s pessoas que mais s\u00e3o afetadas socialmente. S\u00e3o gestos que defendem uma globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o nefasta, perigosa e um capitalismo sem escr\u00fapulos, que beneficiam um grupo muito pequeno, em detrimento de popula\u00e7\u00f5es que vivem na mis\u00e9ria.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A escola \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o que pode lutar contra o \u00f3dio, ressaltando o conhecimento, a reflex\u00e3o e a\u00e7\u00f5es de boas pr\u00e1ticas, o entendimento de como a viol\u00eancia e o \u00f3dio t\u00eam um efeito nocivo na forma de pensar e agir, mutilando os Direitos Humanos. Esse mutilamento traz efeitos catastr\u00f3ficos a todos e todas.
As formas de combater o discurso de \u00f3dio de forma eficaz s\u00e3o uma busca constante, e o poder p\u00fablico deve ter como objetivo prevenir a ocorr\u00eancia desse discurso com legisla\u00e7\u00f5es severas, restringindo, assim, seu impacto persuasivo.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A paz \u00e9 mais que aus\u00eancia de guerra, \u00e9 viver junto com nossas diferen\u00e7as \u2013 de sexo, ra\u00e7a\/etnia, l\u00edngua, religi\u00e3o, cultura -, enquanto promovemos o respeito pela justi\u00e7a, o respeito pelos direitos humanos dos quais depende uma boa conviv\u00eancia.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A perspectiva global n\u00e3o \u00e9 esperan\u00e7osa. O discurso de \u00f3dio se alastra na sociedade. Milh\u00f5es de pessoas migrantes e refugiadas deixam de ser vistas como seres humanos e se tornam \u201camea\u00e7as\u201d; a extrema direita grita, cada vez mais alto e livremente, nas ruas de qualquer pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As minorias, os diferentes s\u00e3o cada vez mais perseguidos, mais discriminados, sem que possam recorrer a seus direitos. Grande parte dos cidad\u00e3os, entorpecidos e medrosos, se esquivam.
A vulnerabilidade cresce, e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 como ignorar a intelig\u00eancia artificial, que chega reiterando um senso comum que n\u00e3o favorece a boa conviv\u00eancia. Diante desse panorama, n\u00e3o podemos ficar calados. Precisamos sempre lembrar que a nossa for\u00e7a mais poderosa \u00e9 a uni\u00e3o, para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da boa conviv\u00eancia e da paz.<\/p>\n
